“Carapace” is a story about a girl who have been hurt by others and searching for different ways to heal herself. The scars are invisible at first but then appear on her body when the girl sees herself through mirror. She enters different carapaces that she hopes they could protect her and give her time and space to heal. However, the shelters are always being destroyed or taken away. Hopeless feeling is always surrounding her. At last, she enters a space which is filled with her emotions and feelings. By facing and finding back her inner feelings, she finds out that she is the only one who could be her own shelter, who comforts, protects and heals herself.
